Would you like to experience the bliss of ONENESS?
It is all about being connected to your Higher Self. It is all about
being connected with the Divine Light of the Creator. Meditation
is the way to get there. Going within, being aware of your light
within, feeling it, and transforming it in a flowing fountain of
Life Giving Water, this is the pathway to Enlightenment. It's being
said that prayer is "talking to God", and meditation is
"listening to God". As we're meditating together, we're
opening the door to the Universal Consciousness, and most importantly,
we practice BEING ONE, which is the ultimate goal of humanity.
The Magic Oneness Meditation.
Before giving a Reiki II attunement to a Hindu friend, I asked God,
Jesus and my Reiki Guides to give an attunement to her and to SHIVA.
The attunement for SHIVA had the purpose of offering Divine Light.
As soon as the attunement took place, I felt energy all over my
body... and then I thought again about a group meditation (it could
be couple meditation as well as group meditation) that I was working
on for a while and it felt like SHIVA guided me to give it the final
shape.... it was Divine....I made a beautiful heart of Light that
grew so much it encapsulated the Earth. This event helped me realize
that Reiki Teaching gives me the opportunity to connect with all
Spiritual Masters on Earth through giving attunements to people
from all religious backgrounds...
You could cut some of the elements of it if not comfortable with them. For example not anyone would be spiritually in a place where they want or feel they can send Light to the whole planet, but they would like to wrap themselves up in a cocoon of Light.
The meditation starts with individual work:
After cleansing the room, lightning candles and bringing light to the room, each person stands up and grounds themselves (imagine that roots are growing down your feet, deep into the ground, and all negative energy goes down…. to be transformed by the Earth in new, purified water).
Next: each person does the "Clean Thought Form Attunement" - from
my Spiritual Teacher, Manin - http://veinsofsilver.org/Attunemts/attunements.htm
(while breathing in, visualize a spiral of Light cleansing all your
energy centers: above crown, crown, third eye, thought, heart, solar
plexus, sacral, root, legs and feet. It's like a tornado of light.
You are breathing it through your crown. As you breathe out, visualize
any negative or useless thoughts getting out of you, like water
gets out the clothes in a washing machine. Do it three times. Feel
Peace!
Next: each person asks for Light, connects with Divine Light, and visualizes white, golden light flooding their bodies. Once they do so, any communication that follows between these people will be primarily THROUGH Divine Light (imagine God as a satellite for communication) and just secondarily a direct communication. If they are Reiki practitioners they can also draw the Reiki symbols on their palms and ask for Reiki Energy. They can also do Manin's Santa Cusgal Attunement, which opens the crown chakra in both directions simultaneously (in and out). To get attuned with it, watch the dot in the middle. Feel deeply at peace! Now the group meditation actually starts.
Next: sit comfortably in a circle, holding hands. Go through the
basic chakra meditation (from root to crown, visualize each color,
each of your individual energy centers, and take one deep breath
for each transition). The difference is that, once you get to the
heart chakra, visualize the green lights blending and forming
ONE BIG HEART CHAKRA. Stay there and feel the oneness. It's
being said that at the end of humanity's life on Earth, this is
how we'll all leave the planet - as a one, big heart chakra, and
that would be the essence and ultimate purpose of Jesus' teaching
- LOVE, so that you'll be able to do that. Then, when you go up
to the throat chakra, visualize blue electrical currents of light
between your throats. Then, when you get to the third eye, visualize
indigo currents of light between your third eyes. If only two people
are participating they can also look straight in the other person's
third eye as long as they can keep their eyes open without blinking.
Take your time, this is quite an experience for your souls! Then,
once you get to the crown, first see your own white light. Then,
imagine that you're all surrounded by columns of huge Diamonds,
and Light and energy circulates between the columns creating a portal
of expulsion out there in the Universe (this is also one of Manin's
Attunements - the Diamond Attunement). Declare your intent, gradually:
to encapsulate yourselves - the two, three, etc number partners
in a heart of Light. Visualize White light from each of your crowns
growing up, blending, then splitting up only to go in all directions
and form the Heart of Light, which is going to come back together
at the base of the heart, below your bodies. In the same time, each
one continuously receives Light through their crown. Fill the bliss!
Then declare your intent even further - to encapsulate the city
in a heart of Light. The diamonds are working. YOU ARE THE HEART
OF LIGHT, TOGETHER. This is in a way an out of body experience.
Want more? Declare your intent further - to encapsulate the continent
in a heart of light…. Then, the whole planet Earth…. Don't forget
about the diamonds…. How far do you want to go?.... you can continue….
Meet stellar beings and give them all your offer of Divine Love
& Light. Be ONE with the Universe. Just BE. You are ONE. Love! Peace!

…slowly come back….declare your intent to fully come back. You may not want to…but please come back…. Open your eyes slowly. Clap your hands together using just the tips of your fingers, three times. It will help you come back to "here and now". Give thanks to the Higher Powers and to your Spiritual Guides.
