The Magic Oneness Meditation
for Couples
The harmony of ALL THAT IS it's based on the same principles. Deepak
Chopra gives an amazing example in this regard, in his book "The
book of secrets". He gives humanity an idealistic model of
living life, based on the rules governing the cells of our bodies.
From micro cosmos to macro cosmos, everything is the same.
So, I thought about the analogy between our seven major chakras
being balanced, and a romantic relationship, being balanced, and
discovered seven key elements that would create an ideal relationship

TRUST: When the root chacka
is balanced, the person feels safe & secure; only then, one
can trust themselves and others. When both partners have this chackra
balanced, they can trust themselves and they can trust each other.
They can simply trust.
PASSION: When the sacral chakra
is balanced, one is able to be passionate, present, sensitive and
considerate in intimacy.
COMMITMENT & JOY: When the
solar plexus chakra is balanced, one has a strong will power, and
therefore is able to honor commitments. Joy is also present and
powerfully making life beautiful. Any true commitment is made with
joy, and kept with the support of one's willpower.
TRUE LOVE: When the heart chackra
is balanced, one can love themselves, and only then, can truly love
others. Before we love ourselves, we might think we love others,
but in fact we need them, more than we love them. Attachments are
a direct result, as well as selfish behavior.
COMMUNICATION: When the throat
chakra is balanced, one expresses themselves at their best. The
way they talk, the way they listen; the quality of love is in direct
proportion with the quality of communication.
INTUITION: When the third eye
chackra is balanced, one is intuitive, has the vision of life, of
his mission, of their relationship together, knows beyond words
and feels the deepest corners of the other's soul.
A HIGHER COMMON PURPOSE: When
the crown chakra is balanced, one has attained a solid knowing and
connection with; they have a higher purpose - they see above themselves;
their desires are aligned with Divine Will; they serve Humanity
more and more; they are driven by their purpose. The crown chakra
is the gateway to God. When both partners are continuously working
on their relationship with God, they can fulfill a higher common
purpose, and live their life together driven by it. They are blessed,
blissful, and infinitely loved by God.
Any blessing takes work to be fulfilled. How do we get to create
